HevoVac AC32 Automatic HEPA filter cleaning
The HevoVac AC32 is a robust, industrial dry vacuum cleaner that has been specially developed for the extraction of hazardous fine dust during grinding work, construction applications and in workshops.
It works with up to three separately switchable Ametek motors (1.2 kW each) and generates a high suction power of up to 600 m³/h with a water lift of 240 mBar.

Highly efficient 3-stage HEPA-filter system for maximum dust control
The three-stage filter system in HevoVac vacuum cleaners offers outstanding filtration performance, specially developed for fine concrete and industrial grinding dust. In the first stage, coarse particles are effectively separated by a cyclone separator. A robust M-class pre-filter then filters out most of the remaining fine dust. The third stage consists of a certified HEPA 13 filter, which removes 99.99% of all particles up to 0.3 μm from the air.
Dust disposal is dust-free via a Longopac system, which ensures safe handling even in sensitive areas such as renovation work with hazardous substances.
Compact and mobile
Depending on the model, the HevoVac weighs between 30 and 80 kg. Despite its weight, the vacuum cleaner is easy to move thanks to its sturdy industrial castors and well-designed chassis. The compact design enables flexible and easy transport on construction sites, in workshops or in industrial applications - even over uneven terrain.
